About us

Hello, I'm Michelle, a qualified Holistic Therapist. My family and I relocated to Mareeba several years ago.

My interest in holistic therapies began when I was 20 years old and underwent my first treatment with a Kinesologist. I was unhappy and felt unfulfilled at the time, but the treatment I received was transformative and opened my eyes to the potential benefits of holistic therapies. This experience sparked my passion for exploring this field, and I have continued to delve deeper into its various modalities ever since.

In 2021, with the support of my family and friends, I embarked on a journey of professional development, studying holistic massage, kinesology, aromatherapy, and chakra healing. Upon completing my training, I began working alongside dear friends at their local wellness hub, where I was offered my own space. I continued to expand my knowledge by studying color therapy, flower remedies and skin treatments, including scrubs and wraps.

In 2024, I was presented with the opportunity to establish my own practice, which I am still developing and expanding today. Throughout my journey, I have come to appreciate the unique benefits that each individual experiences from holistic therapies. This is what makes my profession so rewarding.

The most fulfilling aspect of my profession is being able to empower others to take care of themselves and become the best version of themselves every day.

If you are seeking relief from stress, tension, or burnout, or simply desire to prioritize your own well-being, I invite you to schedule an appointment with me. As a qualified Holistic Therapist, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Through my comprehensive approach, I empower individuals to take control of their well-being and achieve a deeper sense of balance and harmony. My goal is to facilitate a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, allowing you to cultivate a greater sense of resilience, vitality, and overall wellbeing.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your unique path to optimal health and wellness.
